Welcome to MoltCloud ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our cloud hosting platform for Moltbot instances.

MoltCloud is a hosting platform that provides infrastructure to run Moltbot, an open-source AI assistant gateway. We do not develop, control, or operate the Moltbot software itself—we simply provide the computing environment where it runs.

Important: MoltCloud is an infrastructure provider, not an AI service provider. We provide virtual machines and hosting services that allow you to run Moltbot instances.

• We do not provide AI models: You must supply your own API keys or subscriptions to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or others) to use AI functionality within Moltbot.
• We do not process your AI conversations: AI interactions occur directly between your Moltbot instance and your chosen AI provider. We do not intercept, store, or analyze these communications.
• Your API keys are your responsibility: You are responsible for securing your AI provider API keys and adhering to their respective terms of service.

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (if provided via Google OAuth)
• Google account identifier (if using Google Sign-In)

3.2 Billing Information

For paid subscriptions, we collect payment information through our payment processor (Stripe):

• Payment card details (stored by Stripe, not us)
• Billing address
• Transaction history

3.3 Usage Data

We collect information about your use of our platform:

• Instance creation and configuration metadata
• Resource usage (CPU, memory, bandwidth)
• Login timestamps and IP addresses

3.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Content of your AI conversations
• Your AI provider API keys (stored only in your instance)
• Messages sent through your connected chat platforms
• Files or data processed by your Moltbot instance

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your MoltCloud account and instances
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related communications
• Monitor and improve platform performance and security
• Comply with legal obligations

5.1 AI Providers

When you use AI features through Moltbot, your interactions are governed by the privacy policies of your chosen AI provider(s). We strongly recommend reviewing:

• Anthropic's Privacy Policy (for Claude models)
• OpenAI's Privacy Policy (for GPT models)
• Any other AI provider you choose to use

5.2 Chat Platform Integrations

Moltbot supports various messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's privacy policy. MoltCloud does not access or store messages transmitted through these platforms.

5.3 Service Providers

We use the following service providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Fly.io: Infrastructure hosting
• Google: OAuth authentication

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Each Moltbot instance runs in an isolated environment. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and terminate your Moltbot instances within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Object to certain processing

MoltCloud is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
